Terms of Service

1) Scope of services and quotes

• We help you request and arrange ski holiday options (routes, accommodation, transfers, guiding, tickets, and related services) through travel partners.
• Any quote is based on the availability of our travel partners at the time we process your request. Availability can change, which may affect the proposed itinerary, price, and terms.
• Your request does not automatically guarantee availability. A booking/paid order confirmation issued by the seller/service provider (or the relevant partner) is required to finalize the terms and secure the service.

2) Mandatory identification and key contract terms (pre-contract)

For distance contracts, the pre-contract information provided on the landing page and during the booking/pre-contract flow must include mandatory identification of the seller/service provider and key contract terms, including the confirmation requirement for a paid order.

When you submit traveler details, we pass them to the relevant seller/service provider and/or partner to prepare the arrangement. The final contractual terms and obligations are determined by the seller/service provider (or partner) that confirms your paid order.

3) Tourism service information

Where our activity relates to tourism services, we provide reliable and clearly presented pre-contract information about the conditions of the tourist services to the extent available for the offered option.

4) Traveler details and itinerary submissions

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of traveler details you submit (including names, birth dates, and any special requirements).
• If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, delays, additional costs, or inability to issue/confirm tickets or services may occur.
• You must not submit data of third parties without having lawful authority to do so for the purpose of arranging the requested services.

5) Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not responsible for changes in partner availability, third-party schedules, weather, road closures, strikes, border/immigration delays, or other events beyond our control.
• Any liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded unless such exclusion is not permitted by Ukrainian law.
• Where a partner is the seller/service provider that confirms your paid order, the partner’s terms and performance obligations apply to the confirmed services.

6) Using the Site

• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• You agree to use the Site in good faith to request legitimate travel arrangements.
• We may refuse or suspend requests that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with applicable rules.

7) Personal data and lawful processing notice

If you submit personal data (for example, booking/lead forms), we process it on a lawful basis and provide required notice and rights to the extent applicable.

Relevant legal basis: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

If cookies or similar technologies are used in a way that processes personal data, the notice and consent/rights requirements are satisfied under the same legal basis.
